I have had the great pleasure of working with Sandra Falcon over the past 7 years while she has been the executive manager for M&J Carriers. Sandra is a true professional and a great communicator. I have seen her problem-solving skills firsthand, working through and over coming obstacles that many large carriers face. When dealing with insurance, she can analyze all options, understand coverages, and help keep their company safe and covered correctly. She has been able to implement a standard of safety and accountability with the company drivers and employees while rolling out new technologies that increase efficiencies and a safer work environment. I see Sandra as a leader, a clear thinker, and someone who does not shy away from a challenge.
